I’m very excited to share my latest trip to London with Allsaints. In London I wore two different casual daytime looks, styled together with the team of Allsiants Amsterdam. One feminine look, as you know me and a more urban look with the English trenchcoat.
The first look was shot at one of the most famous spots of London, next to the Westminster Bridge across the river Thames, when coming from the Big Ben. When you walk down the stairs to the riverbank, along this famous river, you will find quite a serene spot with no tourist (well, almost..). Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view on the Big Ben, the parliament and even the London Eye at the same time. I’m wearing a suede button up skirt, like you see them a lot lately. Combined with a turtleneck with off-shoulders. The look that you want to wear with the (not so warm, but not so cold) kind of Spring weather in London.
For the second look, I take you to the more unknown streets of London, around the Marble Arch. Here you can find some nice lunch and diner spots, stately mansions and some good hotels. Taxis and Red Double decker buses drive up and down in a rush and people are running about all day. Another great place to enjoy the London vibe and the urban lifestyle. This time, I wear a more grungy look with black and grey tones. I chose to wear a loose fitting dress with zippers combined with tough boots also with zipper details. Most of the time it rains in London, so it’s necessary to bring a coat, even in Spring or Summer in London. This light version in grey was just the one I needed.
